Troop optimization: Building for Elite Soldiers is canceled. Elite Soldiers are now produced in War Academy.
Hero optimization: Heroes now can be ascended to increase level upper limit. Stamina is canceled; heroes will resurrect automatically after death. Items concerning hero level are adjusted.
Equipment optimization: Max stars are increased. Star promotion mechanism is adjusted. Equipment attributes are optimized.
Bugs fixed.
